Working on charts
[x] On changing the tab a new request is sent and sensor readings of all the sensors for last 20 days is displayed on the chart
The rendering of the chart is slow. Need to work on it.
This functionality will be modified for on-load of website.
[x] Linking chart with all the filters by a refreshChart function
[x] Spatial filtering working with the initial conditions. The request is sent using the BBox drawn on the map.
[ ] On Change of Observed property for chart based on the selection of Spatial or Temporal filter, the request should change
Please don't merge it now. Test the code at your end by changing the tabs.
