This PR adds the following:
[x] Proper display of observed properties and sub properties with material ui (focus and collapsible)
[x] Changed property filter from external dropdown list to a Leaflet Map control at the bottom left
[x] Changed popup to custom styled popup
[x] Added Gauge for selected property in Materialize CSS Toast for animated dynamic display
[x] Added proper labels to gauge displayed
