Enhancement - Add a pop-up message before deleting a question #124

Description Currently, when we click the trash icon the question is automatically removed from the questionnaire. I suggest we add a pop-up message to confirm with the user if they really intend to remove a question.

Acceptance Criteria

A pop-up message confirmation is displayed when user tries to delete a question
The question is automatically removed after clicking the "OK" button
The question is not removed from the questionnaire after clicking the "Cancel" button
