Enhancement - Kindly add the search field in the Responses page #163

Description There is no search functionality in the Responses page at present. Kindly add a similar search field.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. A search field, similar to the one in Home page, is displayed above the Survey List table.
  2. Options included in the dropdown filter only includes: ACTIVE SURVEY, FINISHED SURVEY, and ALL SURVEYS
