Edit Feature - Money value that is more than 4 digit do not need to have comma #2

The error message indicates that 4 digit value contains a comma leading user to believe that 4 digits and more should contain comma as an input. Input value of 4 digits with comma while editing money value does not show proper format in error message, hence not clear in the message.
