This PR adds a brief section to the README on adding this service to the Chirpstack docker compose file.

Any plans to merge this? I'm sure the community would appreciate knowing how to easily add this service alongside a Chirpstack installation.

Yes, just a bit occupied with other tasks atm, hoping to find some time this week
