Initialized all class attributes in the __init__() function of the appropriate class
Disambiguated the chars namespace collision by renaming chars.py to characters.py and the function parameter chars to char_limit
Removed an unused variable
Additionally:
Fully added __pycache__ and also added swap files to .gitignore
Added some pylint exceptions so the output is currently clean (... but those warnings should eventually be addressed + the exceptions removed :slightly_smiling_face:)
