Update blessed required version for Windows compatibility #32

Probably makes sense to see what all can be updated generally, but it's worth pushing a point release for blessed as (per comments in #22 and confirmed through user testing) it's fully compatible with Windows now.

Done in #328cd9a4714a1da7981387dfae58079f4f02488d! Windows support should be here. Also closes #22!
