Support for Independent cryptic #82

should be pretty straightforward, I think! Puzzle is here and loads crossword compiler xml from date-predictable URLs into Arkadium.

This is actually harder than I thought, because the Independent uses JPZ (crossword compiler) features that puz can't support. Shelving this for now, but the ultimate solution will likely involve allowing non-puz downloads :see_no_evil:
