As an engineer I want to set up Raspberry Pis to use as the control plane nodes for my cluster so that I can decentralize my control plane and increase the portability of my cluster

• [ ] At least one Raspberry Pi has been configured with a container runtime, container network binaries, and ready to run kubeadm init to become a Kubernetes control plane node
• [ ] The process to do this has been documented and is repeatable across fresh installations
