Servers keep players who have crashed in their "online players" list #2

This can lead to player redundancy (having multiple of the same player online) and will eventually be an issue.

I'm actually not sure if this has been fixed and I've just forgotten to close this- check if this is still an issue.

This may still exist, and may affect players who just left a game as well. Noting that chat messages send multiple times to users who have disconnected and reconnected from a server in a single session.
