Camera Refactor #20

A lot of the additional functionality, eg camera shake/tracking, is broken or just weird. We should look into improving the camera in general!

The camera had quite the overhaul, but it is still not quite where i want it, so I will leave this opened!

The camera isnt perfect, but functionality has improved tenfold since this issue was opened! I think we have a solid foundation now.

Moving forward, I think camera shake, tracking, and other camera behaviors should be in some sort of helper/add-on class. I am going to close this for now, but if we ever come up with a perfect implementation then I may consider adding it to the base camera!
