Post-to-gnizr bookmarklet should open 'Edit Bookmark' in a new window #9

Users complain that it's annoying not able to see what they have bookmarked
when using bookmarklet to post URL to gnizr. We should follow similar
workflow used by del.icio.us, open a new window when the bookmarklet is
clicked.

New changes seems to work well in Firefox, but not in IE. New changes are 
backward
compatible with the old bookmarket. Relates to SVN revision: R199
