I see that config.php keeps getting updated with every release but
config_default.php remains untouched. In my view, config_default.php should
be distributed and config.php should be removed and Installation
instructions should mention that to install Jobberbase, they need to rename
config_default.php to config.php so that while upgrading Jobberbase,
config.php does not get overwritten.
