What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to re-install, but facing the same problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No icon in the WP 'Manage Theme'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jobberbase-1.9.1

Looking at the screenshot it appears you are trying to upload Jobberbase as a 
Wordpress theme. Jobberbase is not a Wordpress theme, but a standalone script.
