Sidebar overlapping footer #31

If the sidebar is very high, its content is overlapping with the footer.

To reproduce this bug, just append the following line
<div style="border: 1px solid black; width: 50px; height: 500px;">aaa</div>
to sidebar.tpl. The attached file shows the problem.
