Filtering by job type doesn't work on the home page #33

Scenario: on the home page, a jobberbase site owner wants to show the latest 
jobs for a specific job type. For this, in page_home.php he/she passes the job 
type's ID as the first parameter to the GetJobs method but the parameter seems 
to be ignored because all the latest jobs are displayed on the home page, not 
just the ones that the site owner wanted to display.
