Unify documentation and results #11

Markdown files describing this project are scattered and hard to navigate. Condense them into a static website that's better aligned with different interests. Some will want to see newer toolchain features that Ghidra could evolve to support. Others may want to perform regression tests to make sure a new Ghidra Pull Request doesn't break existing functionality.

To get started, keep content in Markdown with a Hugo static generator and Docsy theming. Deploy the documentation to Github Pages when it stabilizes

Project documentation is now in a Hugo+Docsy structure. I haven't been able to generate github pages on commit though. Some problem with invoking npx during the Hugo site build.

The overall structure needs some work.

Documentation now hosted at https://thixotropist.github.io/ghidra_import_tests/, generate on the dev box and served as a static web site committed to the publish branch.
