User Story - Rayson #1

Hi i am Louis, i am a regular commuter for the SMRT North-South Line. I realised these few days there are a lot of people at yishun station and the train is always full. My work place is at Khatib and i only need to travel just one station. However the train is always full casuing me to wait for like 20mins to board the train. I feel that it is really stupid that i have to wait for 20mins just to travel one station. Sometimes it even caused me to be late for work. I really hope somebody can help me solve this issue because buses also take a lot of time as i need to wait and there are traffic congestion's during peak hours.
