The E-Scooter provides the user with a shelter. It is also solar powered so that it can be used anytime anywhere.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. The shelter will prevent the user from getting drench
  2. By using solar energy to power our E-Scooter, it can allow eco-friendly system
