Users are able to travel faster for a short distance by using the E-Scooter that is available outside stations. It is also motor powered that uses solar energy to store energy

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. This can help users to stop wasting their time waiting for trains when they want to travel only one station.
  2. The motor powered E-Scooter allow the scooter to be faster than O-Bikes and other similar systems.
