Be able to see:

target emissions (i.e. carbon neutral)
total world wide emissions
break down by source (e.g. electric, transport, food etc)
break down by which country (and then ideally by source)

Requirements:

[ ] Current global emissions
[ ] Emission target for 2050
[ ] National emissions
[ ] Emissions by source
[ ] Emissions by source by country
[ ] API end point for approximating by applying proprotions
