80000 Place Holders and Saving ELSETS #63

Should create 10 fake 80000 objects that can be edited for experimenting with. The save function to save the TLEs is already in the code from the MW simulation generator. Will need to create a menu to load a TLE from a file and some basic error checking if they load a bad file.

Placeholders added and the loading and saving functions appear to work. An active/inactive toggle needs to be setup because certain search functions crash when inactive TLEs are used for calculations.
