doc-src: significantly improve documentation. #77

This commit improves documentation significantly. It includes:

  1. Introduction to openEMS.
  2. Installing openEMS on several operating systems.
  3. Move Tutorial from "Python" section to its own section.
  4. Publications
  5. Recommended Readings, and links to legacy wiki and GitHub discussion.
