Added varargin{:} to AddBox calls #87

AddLumpedPort in a cylindrical mesh will always add a cylindrical source ("cylinder shell" like), I have added varargin{:} to the AddBox calls so that a call of AddLumpedPort(..."CoordSystem",0) with a cylindrical mesh/coord system will add a rectangular box
