Update to ace v1.4.1 #135

Thanks a lot for your work on brace, @thlorenz!

Unfortunately it is now lagging behind the official ace distribution several releases and the changes are immense (https://github.com/ajaxorg/ace/compare/v1.2.9...v1.4.1). Can we expect an update to brace anytime soon, bringing it en par to the official ace distribution?
