Bumps ace to v1.4.12 #180

Bumps ace to v1.4.12, and reruns npm run upgrade Also bumps uglify-js version to v2.8.29 to work with more recent version of node (e.g. v14.5.0)

@thlorenz Are you open to updates to more recent versions of ace, or is it possible things have changed too much between releases and too much may break?
