Feature/fix syn issues #68

This PR updates heck to 0.4.0 and fixes the issues with syn (see #67)

Hey sorry for taking this long to respond.

I'd like to get this in, but windows is failing after these changes.

Do you have an idea why that might be happening and how to fix this?
