Support GitHub enterprise #4

In corporate environments, GitHub Enterprise is used and the remote URL is different. For example: "git@git.corp.companyname.com". There should be a command line option to set a custom domain, and this should get passed through to resolve-git-remote.

If I write a PR to allow specifying a custom GitHub url, would you accept it?
