Display answers in presenter view #15

I think it would be good to include the answers in the presenter view, for those students who do not participate actively. They only get to see the question otherwise, not the possible choice of answers.

As it is not possible to file issues in arsnova.click-v2-frontend I am filing it here. I've been experimenting with the installation at https://antworte.jetzt/ - which may or may not be in sync with this branch.

+1 for displaying the answers. Currently, there are two empty boxes with rotating symbols, apparently trying to load someting: grafik (Firefox 109.0.1 (64-Bit), Win 10)
