there is no name of the launched application in the launch dialog #2

when launching an application, a empty dialog with title "Launcher" is 
opened, but the name of the launched application doesn't show up.
there is need to add a message: "Launching XXXX.... " or "Launching XXXX 
with YYYY" when it's a file launcher.
