Trying to start launcher only opens folder #6

I followed the install guide but whenever I try to start launcher it just 
opens the launcher folder.

I'm using XBMC Atlantis beta 2 on windows XP SP3

I had a similar issue, but it was related to user permissions.

I had changed the uid of the user that xbmc started with, but I didn't restart 
the
system so there were files in /tmp that were owned by the old uid.

Now that I've made sure all the files are owned by the right uid it works.
