New nuke explosion Nuke mark added Nuke arc adjusted for vertical start

Implements missing features from #58 :

When I went to the nuke in W24S35 by clicking on the room the nukeland explosion played And no arc is rendered now

I disconnected and reconnected and then it rendered fine, not sure what kind of issue happened. I can't seem to repeat it at least
