Skybox fix #229

Contains:

adjust of HDRI Sky to just provide ambient-light
camera sees color black, instead of HDRI sky to not have majhong-from-90s look
using proper direction light as sun
sun-light follows 360 rotation
sun-light follows day-night cycle with intensity and color
fix for ramparts ruins
adjust of mineral and source lamps
ground no longer have strange metallic look at certain angles

also added TAA aliasing in camera options - from my side no FPS impact
