Add Service Hook for Packagist.org #118

It would be great if a service hook was added so that Packagist is aware of any changes, new versions etc...

I created phpcassa entry in Packagist but I cannot add you as maintainer (so that you can setup the hook) as it seems you have never joined Packagist. And right now, Packagist is only aware of changes if I manually press Update button :)

If you are interested in this, please let me know when you register there so that you can setup the hook

Okay, I just joined. It looks like I just need to add the Github service hook with my API token, is that correct?

You can just go to https://packagist.org/packages/thobbs/phpcassa and follow instructions on Github Service Hook Link
