Fix of CfMutator class #122

move all logic from AbstractMutator into Mutator class
fixing bug(issue) with send() in CfMutator, by calling $mutatorInstance->send(), without having issue with PHP strict standards

This one do same job, using the subclass and works with E_STRICT

I ended up taking a slightly different approach that fits more naturally with the inheritance of the classes. I appreciate you taking the time to open the ticket and suggest a couple of fixes!

I like the way you did it, I thought for something similar, but it was too "radical" for me to do it :)
