UI bugs: double ebookdroid title #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open ebookdroid in bookcase view

What do you see instead?

double ebookdroid title in 1.5.0-dev-r1468
the UI in v1.4.2 is fine

What version of the product are you using?

1.5.0-dev-r1468

On what operating system?
cm 7.2

What device are you using?

nook tablet 16g

maybe the probem is OS specific

On what Android version CM 7.2 is based? 2.3.x or 4.0.x?

As far as I understand CM 7.2 is 2.3.x with "some features from 4.0.x"

I think this issue is very OS specific.
Sorry, we can not support all custom ROMs.
