Page scrolling not registering finger slides reliably #285

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open DJVU document
2. Scroll the page
3.

What is the expected output?
Smooth scrolling

What do you see instead?
Finger slide not registered every time. Usually second slide works but not 
every time. It appears to be random.

What version of the product are you using?
1.5.0

On what operating system?
Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean)

What device are you using?
Samsung Nexus S

Please provide any additional information below.
App is very good but page scrolling got buggy in the latest version (1.5.0 on 
Nexus S with Jelly Bean). Finger slides are registered randomly and it is 
pretty frustrating since it interrupts the reading. Changing "Touch Processing 
Delay" option does not help and it does not have any visible effect. It also 
crashes occasionally.

I was unaware that this issue had already been reported and posted issue 289, 
which is the same as this (sorry). I have installed the developer version 1.5.1 
and it fixed the problem! However, the book covers in the bookshelf are taking 
very long to load. I believe this is yet another issue. Thanks Alexander!
