What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the pdf from http://arxiv.org/abs/1208.5216v1
2. Open it in ebookdroid, versions 1.5.1 and higher (even 1.5.2-dev-r1566)
3.

What is the expected output?
Two column pdfs are rendered properly with no overlapping of fonts in the
middle of the page

What do you see instead?
In the middle of the page where there should be a separation of the text
between the two columns, the two columns in fact overlap.

What version of the product are you using?
1.5.1 from play.google.com, 1.5.2-dev-r1566 from here.

On what operating system?
Android-4.0.3

What device are you using?
Galaxy S2

Please provide any additional information below.
* 1.4.2 renders the pdf correctly
* Not all two column pdfs are rendered incorrectly. pdfs from arxiv are an
example. pdfs from IEEE journals are another example.

Have you installed at least legacy font pack and selected installed fonts in
preferences?

Thanks. I just changed all the fonts to Nimbus and URW and it works.
