Manual crop doesn't work #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "View" and "Manual Crop"

What is the expected output?
Rectangular selection dialogue

What do you see instead?
No dialogue. Returns to the book.

What version of the product are you using?
1.3

On what operating system?
2.2

What device are you using?
PRS-T1

No, I was not. It works in single page mode. Perhaps a message could be shown 
to tell the user to change to single page mode.
