One of the more recent pyside 6 versions uses the active Windows theme to color the qt widgets. The Dark mode is not well supported in gamma desk at the moment.
The main issue being that the console panel switches to a light background after one execution has been done, the text remains white as well so you can no longer see what you are typing.
Other issues are the rulers's white background with white text and some labels with a fixed light background which make the in dark mode default white text unreadable.

This does not make the situation perfect in dark mode, but at least it's usable.
