Test the Windows installation #49

Go through the process of installing dataretrieval in a windows environment and ensure that all the tutorials run without error. If you encounter any errors, document them and suggest a fix where possible.

Was able to install and run in windows environment with no problem. I replicated the 'basic usage' and 'tutorial' with no errors.
