Panicsell triggers duplicate notifications #40

Hi,

I noticed that when i execute a panicsell, i get 2 notifications: 1 buy and 1 sell (where only the sell order is actually executed)

Example: Gordon Gekko, [12.05.18 12:22] Sold STRATBTC Instance: 1 DayTrade Strategies: PANICSELL Quantity: 7.53000021 Rate: 0.0006995 BTC Total: 0.00522657 (0) BTC Profit: 0.00003013 BTC ($0.26) Bought on: 2018/5/11 14:54:16 Percentage: 0.58%

Gordon Gekko, [12.05.18 12:22] Bought STRATBTC (2) Instance: 1 DayTrade Quantity: 7.53000021 Rate: 0.0006995 BTC Total: 0.00527777 (2) BTC Avg cost: 0.005226573 Profit: 0.58%

The buy and sell orders done automatically by PT receive proper (only 1) notifications. Can someone reproduce this?

What version of PTN are you running?

Yes, but only when using PanicSell. Noticed the first 1 yesterday, then noticed it was only on PanicSell. And confirmed with 2 more PanicSells today.

@Roy4lz i assume you reproduced it (since you added the 'bug' label), but i have some logging (PT & PTN) of the issue occurring. Not sure if you still need it, but here it is anyways ;) https://pastebin.com/Yg8dB1a0
