Motors Disarm shortly after Arm / Takeoff in r299 #45

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use 2.91 (r299)
2. Arm motors and take off
3. multi rotor falls from sky

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output, no auto disarm shortly after arm

What version of the MegaPirateNG are you using?

2.91 (r299)

Please provide any additional information below.

I updated to this firmware as it said it fixed a bug where the motors would
disarm shortly after being armed. I had never experienced any problems with
(r298) however (r299) caused this exact issue.

Correct. I took off in manual. First flight with the new firmware (r299) and
had all 4 motors cut out about 10 seconds later. Luckily I was hovering low to
play it safe while testing.

By the way, I've since downgraded to 298 and haven't had a problem. I'm not
sure if the bug would repeat as I wasn't too keen to try it again!

This is same as issue 38.

r299 fixes another bug. Disarm appears if you not increase Throttle (copter
sits on the ground).
