round svg path points; simplify svg path #1

Shaved some bytes for ya.

We can use 1 decimal place for SVG path values instead of 7. Still looks great. I also simplified some of the paths, removing a couple unnecessary points.

Result is that SVG code is now half as big. Less stuff to copy/paste :wink:
