This is taken care of. I've removed the Sersic information from the master files, since we don't have enough galaxies with fits to get meaningful results. Rather than containing all the individual parameters (flux, half-light radius, axis ratio, etc.) for each fit in each band, the master files now contain the half-light radius, surface brightness, and best-fit profile (exponential or deVaucouleurs) for each band.
Since we are changing the SNLS supernovae from SALT to SALT2 parameters and we want to get the surface brightness in each band separately, the master data files will need to be rebuilt.
