[Request] Some kind of Discord implementation #29

This would make proper fame botting functional again, as you could use the discord implementation to fetch the messages from the EUN2.1 Discord.

I already made a rough sketch of how this would work before; I could post that if you need it for reference.

This would be really cool and pretty easy to do using a library like DiscordSharp, but unfortunately the MPGH rotmg section rules state that your program shouldn't make web requests other than to actual RotMG endpoints.

This is a bit frustrating as it also rules out notifications for new versions on GitHub which some people have requested. Maybe its time to create a branch here which is not MPGH-friendly, but more feature-rich?

EDIT: I would also love to see those sketches!

Concerning this you could just make it GitHub only, I feel like this is a good thing to do anyway; as a GitHub only build can house a bunch more features which wouldn't other wise be allowed on MPGH.

Also concerning the sketches, I'm currently out in a Starbucks with my laptop (It's mac book so no c# [call me a hipster or normie all you want orz]) but once I get home I'll send 'em your way
