Clean-up unused code and translation #8

Since index is built from Arte API HOME page, hardcoded menu items and some other menu items from HBB TV API are not needed anymore. When a video is not needed anymore, sometimes its trailer is available. Behavior noticed on Arte TV website. Note : Videos are still read from HBB TV API.
