Note popover does not disappear when note is moved in the editor

To replicate:

• Start with some text in the editor
• Create a note with any text in it
• Hover over the note icon and wait for the popover to appear
• With the popover open, select the note icon and move it other place in the text

The popover should disappear, but it doesn't

Drag and drop has way too many issues to deal with, I had to disabled it.
