Default language for a document #59

When editing a document, a change in the default language does not have any effect on the default language of the pages. Do all pages need to be updated?

The document's default language is only used for displaying in the documents table and as the language used to add new pages. A change in the document's default language should not update the default language for already defined pages. There could be a mechanism in the add/define pages UI to change the default language of sets of pages, but for now this is not urgent
